Apart from his roles in TMO, He is also the founder and director of Vannas School of Music, located Buruburu Business Complex, Mumias South Road, Nairobi. The school offers both practical and theoretical music lessons across various instruments, including piano, guitar, drums, violin, recorder, and voice. In addition to the school, Paul directs Vannas Music Ltd, a company involved in the sale of music equipment, further contributing to the music industry in Kenya.

Rinnier is a seasoned Cinematographer & Photographer with over nine years of experience in media and video production. A graduate of Journalism & Mass Communication with a professional Certificate in Film, he brings deep technical expertise and creative vision to his role. He brings a wealth of production leadership to TMO, having spearheaded video and photographic projects across major media outlets like WTV, ILM TV, KTN, the African Film Centre, Serbia-based Star Bizz, and Eagles Film Agency. His portfolio spans a diverse range of content—from TV commercials and documentaries on county-level devolution in Kenya to high-profile coverage like the Commonwealth Youth Council Conference in Uganda—while also partnering with NGOs such as Shesthefirst, Gateway Homes Ltd, APDK, WFP, English Mastery (in collaboration with the US Embassy), Akili Dada, and Somamama to create compelling visual stories that elevate advocacy and community engagement.

As Production Manager, Rinnier oversees the planning, production, and delivery of all video and photographic content for Tabasamu Mtoto. He guides creative development from concept to final edit for documentaries, awareness campaigns, and fundraising videos. Manages production teams, ensuring high standards in visual storytelling and timely delivery and collaborates closely with program leaders to capture meaningful stories that highlight TMO’s impact and mission.

Joanes Omondi is a seasoned project management leader and passionate advocate for child and community wellness at TMO. He spearheads critical, multi stakeholder initiatives across Kenya to combat the urgent public health threat posed by dangerously high levels of fluoride in water staining children’s teeth and compromising their well-being.

Drawing on his expertise in program design, risk management, and execution, Joanes ensures interventions are timely, sustainable, and community led. Through his leadership, he has brought clean, safe water to underserved communities, restoring dignity, confidence, and opportunity to children and families.
