Dr. James Chege Mbiu is a distinguished Dental Surgeon and Health Economist with over 15 years of experience spanning clinical care, health systems strengthening, and entrepreneurial leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Nairobi, a Master’s degree in Health Economics and Policy, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Oral Implantology. His additional certifications include Global Health Leadership, Implementation Science, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Orthodontics.

As the Founder and Director of Arrow Dental Limited, Dr. Chege has established a leading dental network in Kenya recognized for innovation in patient care and health service delivery. Arrow Dental Centre offers a wide range of dental services, including general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, with a commitment to providing high-quality, affordable care using modern technology.

Dr. Chege's extensive experience in both public and private sectors brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic health systems thinking. His passion for equity and access in healthcare enables him to bridge grassroots clinical realities with national and global health priorities.

Daniel is a dynamic entrepreneur and strategic leader with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Operations Management and also holds music certification from the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music in United Kingdom. As Co-Founder of Tabasamu Mtoto Organization, Daniel brings a wealth of experience in team leadership, strategic planning, and delivering impactful solutions, particularly within the health sector. His collaborative work with executive teams, boards of directors, and government officials has led to the co-creation of trusted solutions addressing complex health challenges, establishing a robust network of global partnerships.

Hannah is a compassionate Registered Nurse–Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience, including recent specialization in mental health counseling. She holds a Diploma in Community Health Nursing, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Psychology.

In her role at a university hospital, Hannah collaborates with doctors, nurses, psychologists, and psychiatrists to provide holistic care, supporting individuals and families through emotional and psychological challenges. Her training as a certified professional mediator strengthens her ability to build empathy, resolve conflict, and foster healthier personal and community relationships.

With a strong academic foundation and a heart for service, Hannah is dedicated to merging clinical care with community wellbeing. She believes deeply in every child’s potential to thrive when nurtured with the right support.

Njenga Maina is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public with over 10 years of experience in legal practice. He is the Founder of Njenga Maina & Company Advocates, a law firm established in 2018 and based in Kikuyu. His areas of expertise include conveyancing, land transactions, succession, family law, and constitutional matters.
In addition to his legal career, Njenga is a seasoned Master of Ceremonies and the Founder and Director of MC Wakili Event Hosts Limited, offering MC, DJ, and sound services for weddings, corporate events, and social functions.

Dr. Laura Braswell is a highly experienced periodontist based in Atlanta, Georgia, with over 40 years of clinical practice. Her distinguished career spans research, teaching, and specialized dental care, reflecting a deep commitment to advancing the field of dentistry.

She has served as the staff dentist for both Zoo Atlanta and the Georgia Aquarium, bringing her expertise to unique and diverse clinical environments. Dr. Braswell is a strong advocate for the use of laser dentistry and lectures internationally, sharing her knowledge and promoting innovative approaches to oral healthcare.
